Q: Do I need an account to place the order?
A: No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you register with us so you can easily track and review your order details and you don't have to put your contact information from time to time when you place your order. We can assure you that our personal informaion is secret and safe with us.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Please go to log-in page, click Forgot password and you will receive an email instructions to reset your password.
Q: Which countries do Lin68 ship to?
A: Currently, we ship to USA, UK, KSA, UAE. Howevery, we are growing rapidly and will add other countries soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter if you would like to receive any updates from us.
Q: How long is the delivery period and how to track the order status?
A: Our shipping period is 7-15 business days. For information on how to track your order, please refer to the Order and Shipping page.Â

Q: What if i did not receive a tracking number?
A: If you did not receive a tracking number, you can contact our customer service. They will provide timely updates on your order status.
Q: How to subscribe to Lin68's newsletter?
A: At the bottom of the homepage, there is a text box under Sign up for our newsletter where you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email notification that you have subscribed our newsletter. You are previleged to receive our sale alerts, new arrivals and discount codes.
Q: Where is Lin68's warehouses located in?
A: Lin68's warehouse is mainly based in mainland China. However, Lin68 is committed to provide faster and cheaper delivery services to our customers. We are seeing in the near future to set up warehouse in USA, UK, KSA and UAE.
Q: What is the return policy of Lin68?
A: You can return the products bought in Lin68 with 15 days upon receipt if the goods and the package is in good condition for second-sale.
Q: How to return the products I bought from lin68?
A: If you want to return, please contact our customer service team first. Our CS team will provide you a return address and label for you. Please print it out and put it in the return package.
Upon reciept, our warehouse will exam the goods first to make sure the goods and package is in good condition for second-sale. We will refund the order amount to you minus the delivery fee accordingly to the account you provided in 3 working days after confirmation from our warehouse if no issue with the goods and package apperance. However, if the goods or package is damaged and is in no good for second-sale, we cannot accept your return and will send it back to you.
Q: What if the products I received is broken or not functioning well?
A: We apologize if you have such an unpleasant shopping experice. Please send us an email including photoes or video that can explain the situation and provide your paypal account to service@lin68.com. Our CS team will investigate and esclate the issue. We will refund you in 3 working days after confirmation from our CS team.
Q: Is there any special service Lin68 provide to their customers. Like say if I want to buy some products that has the same funcion but is not availble with Lin68?
